LiveLineup: Hockey Privacy Policy

The short version: LiveLineup: Hockey keeps your teams, rosters, lines, and games on your device. We don't collect anything, and there are no accounts, servers, ads, analytics, or trackers. Data leaves your device only when you choose to share it.
This policy covers LiveLineup: Hockey for iPhone and iPad, published by Puddle Studios, LLC ("we", "us"). If anything here is unclear, write to contact@puddlestudios.biz.
What we collect
Nothing. LiveLineup doesn't need an internet connection, and it doesn't send data to us or to any third party. We have no way to see who uses the app or what's in it.
What stays on your device
The information you enter: team names and colors, player names, numbers, positions, and handedness, your lineups, and your games with their events and stats. It's stored only in the app on your iPhone or iPad, and in your device backups if you use them.
Coaches often enter the names of young players. That information stays on the coach's device unless the coach shares it, and we never receive it.
When data leaves your device
Only when you choose to share it:
- Sharing a file, image, or PDF. When you export a team, lineup, or game, it goes wherever you send it (AirDrop, Messages, email, Files). Those services' own privacy terms apply.
- Connecting an assistant coach's phone. If you pair a second phone by QR code, the two phones exchange the game directly over your local network or peer-to-peer Wi-Fi. The connection is encrypted with a key shared through the QR code, and nothing passes through the internet or our servers. iOS asks for Local Network permission the first time.
Children
LiveLineup is a tool for coaches, not directed at children. We don't collect information from anyone, including the players whose names a coach enters.
Deleting your data
Delete a team, player, lineup, or game in the app, or delete the app to remove everything. Files you shared are under the control of whoever received them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date. If a change affects what the app does with your data, we'll also say so in the app's release notes.
